PRCA Wiregrass Holds Inaugural Meeting

Months of focused work came to fruition Thursday, January 9, 2025, as we held our first monthly meeting for PRCA Wiregrass. Well known and 30-year PRCA member Kristina Hendrix, APR spoke at the inaugural meeting.

As Vice President for Strategic Communications at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Kristina leads the comprehensive communications strategy for the University and oversees the Office of Marketing and Communications. She is also a member of the Universal Accreditation Board, a diverse group of educators, military public affairs personnel and public relations professionals who oversee the universal accreditation program for public relations.

Kristina Hendrix APR captivated her audience as she talked very specifically about crisis tactics by strategy.

This new chapter provides expanded access to professional development opportunities and networking in the Dothan and surrounding area, and fulfills a longstanding objective for PRCA.
